I will be offering my first. "Recovery Through Creativity" workshop on Saturday, March 14th. There will be a guided meditation followed by art journaling in a variety of media: acrylics, fabrics, watercolors, collage. You do NOT have to be able to draw - I have stamps, magazines to cut up, lots of ways to make art!  10AM to 2PM, lunch served.  Come discover how creativity can play a vital role in your recovery from trauma or addiction. $15 materials fee.

This sterling silver Dragonfly, a wonderful power animal,or animal,totem, it is $75 and was hand sawn, textured with a hammer, and then soldered onto another handcrafted piece of hammered copper. A custom bail was made for it. It was textured and oxidized to give it a rustic look.,The pendant is about 1 inch and is sold with a sterling silver chain necklace.
